    Excel Linest() function

    Does anybody know how to get the LINEST() function to give the Y intercept of the calculate linear regression. I can get it to give the slope of the line. The help doesn't clarify this very well nor does anything I've found on the net.

    Hi Adrian,

    I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, so I cannot help you, but I have always found the Microsoft Office Community site very helpful when I have been stumped with Excel-related challenges.

        Hey ,

        If LINEST() function giving you some errors then maybe because of wrong with the input matrix. Please check the input and it should not be the same.
