I have the Standard BIC module for Pastel Xpress and when attempting to run Financial Ratios Pastel gives me the following error message "Error loading.dll.
I am currently running Pervasive SQL9.60 - is there a fix that I can run for this?
Ta.

I must say that I have not encountered that error message before. Nonetheless, I suggest that you do a repair installation of Xpress - that might fix any funnies and/or missing dll files.
I got hold of Pastel support yesterday and they too advised a complete re-install - which I have done. The problem persists and upon registration I got this message "The registration code entered does not correspond to the version of Pervasive you are currently running, click on OK to continue with your product registration. The correct version of Pervasive needs to be installed and Pastel will have to be re-registered." I uninstalled both Pervasive and Pastel yesterday and did a fresh install - so a little confused as to why it's not the correct version. (9.60.016.000).
Something that I also noticed - not sure if it has any bearing on anything but will mention all the same: when I received my registration email from Pastel, the description of the add-on module for BIC states that it's for Partner V11, I use Xpress V11.
Description Registration Details
PartnerV11 - New - BIC Report Manager - SA Registration Date : 07 March 2012
Other reports appear to be running fine.
In case of a conflict I deactivated my security during the install process as well.
Any suggestions?

When you install Pastel, it installs Pervasive V9 by default. I think your system is meant to have Pervasive V10 installed.
In order to confirm that, go to Help...About and you will see a reference to the version of Pervasive that you are meant to be running - do you see V10?
If that is the case, insert your Pastel disk and browse to the Pervasive folder with Windows Explorer and then go into the Pervasive V10 folder. You will see a Workgroup for Windows folder. Double-click SetupWorkgroup_x86.exe.
Your existing V9 version will automatically be uninstalled and V10 will be installed.
You will then have to refresh the Pastel registration by clicking the registration wizard (make sure you untick "Register Online").
Finally, go to Start...Pervasive...Utilities...Licence Administrator. You will see a line item referring to Pervasive V9 Permanent - highlight the line and press the Deactivate button. You should now only see Pervasive V9 Temporary and Pervasive V10 Permanent.
Pastel support sent through a fix with detailed instructions on how to correct the error - will try that this weekend, if it works I will upload the instructions and .alx file here in the event someone else has the same issue down the line.
