Help required for a friend. Accountant and tax expert sought in West Rand or JHB area.
Business closed due to owner suffering major stroke. Not trading since 2005. CC was de registered, but still owns property which will be sold.
Required:
1. Bring AFS up to date from 2006
2. Do tax assessment and advice on selling of company with accumulated loss
3. Calculation of loan account
Any pointers to a reliable CFA will be much appreciated.
