Problem with printing of documents in Pastel

Hi everyone.

We're new to Pastel , and have been using it for a while. Recently, when we try to print a document (invoice, work order or quotes), it only shows the line item and quantity, but not the unit price and totals.

We use the generic forms with only company details inserted.

Could someone please assist me with this?

Hi Lynton,

My first reaction to your post was that somebody must have edited the form file and inadvertantly deleted the missing data fields.

However, you mention that you are using the generic forms, which puzzles me.

Can you think of what else changed from the day everything was working until the day the documents were not showing the information?
