Pastel Invoice formats - Print vs PDF Email
Wonder if anyone can answer a Pastel Invoicing question. I have modified the invoice doc (.enz) to incorporate our company logo and other format changes and all works fine when I print it to the printer. However, I want to use the print and email (as pdf) option but see that the pdf version emailed to the client is still the original and not the updated version. Any idea how I can fix this? Have I missed a setting?
When you email a PDF version of an invoice, it looks for a different form file from the standard one that you edited.
If your edited form file is csdocsp.enz, then simply make a copy of the file and then rename it as csdocpdfsp.enz, i.e. insert the letters pdf just before the paper style indicators.
Hi, really hope someone can help. I use Pastel Partner and need to send statements in pdf. Everything works fine but when customers open the pdf it is only 1kb in size and adobe error states " Cannot open file no pages". Please help. Is this Adobe, Outlook or Pastels fault? Thanks
Send a PDF statement to yourself and see what it looks like !
