[Question] Pastel Invoice formats - Print vs PDF Email

Wonder if anyone can answer a Pastel Invoicing question. I have modified the invoice doc (.enz) to incorporate our company logo and other format changes and all works fine when I print it to the printer. However, I want to use the print and email (as pdf) option but see that the pdf version emailed to the client is still the original and not the updated version. Any idea how I can fix this? Have I missed a setting?

    Thanks

    Hi Wayne,

When you email a PDF version of an invoice, it looks for a different form file from the standard one that you edited.

If your edited form file is csdocsp.enz, then simply make a copy of the file and then rename it as csdocpdfsp.enz, i.e. insert the letters pdf just before the paper style indicators.
