Offer prompt settlement discounts.
Have debit order facilities available and try to get as many customers as you can to use them.

Your study material should give you the answers. By taking short cuts you will get good marks for your paper, but you will not learn any thing.

I am glad to see that the subject has changed from bookkeeping to accounting since I have been at school. Also good to not only understand dr & cr, but also the practical application in business. A privilege we did not have.
