    Changing logo in Pastel Partner

I'm using the Form Designer to try and change the company logo image that appears on all documentation, and having a very frustrating time of it. The problem is that the image appears fine in Form Designer, but on any doc viewed or printed from Partner itself, the image is stretched/pixellated.

I did communicate with the Pastel call centre about this, even sent them the template file, and they sent it back saying it was working fine after they changed something - but of course it doesn't work on my machine because the file locations are all different.

Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

This is what I did to correct my logo:

You should be able to manipulate the logo while in design mode - by placing your cursor over the block around the image at the bottom right corner and moving the image inwards. Save and check an actual invoice - it took me about 3 manipulations to get the image to my liking.

    Hope this helps.

Kim is quite correct - make sure that there is no space between the edges of the image and the block surrounding the image.

The stretching effect is caused by the image wanting to fill the space.

If you are still battling with it, let me know and I can log onto your system with TeamViewer and tweak it for you that way - so much easier to sort the problem out visually than in words!

Thanks guys, I played around for a while and I see invoices are looking right, but the other docs haven't changed. Time for more play..
