I have always been able to copy a company, but all of a sudden it says "Overflow" Any idea as to how to fix it

Have you tried to just copy the folder of the company and renaming that and then adding it again to the list of companies?

First make sure you're doing the year end procedure or copy company option on the server computer.

If you are on the server, then rather create a copy company manually by copying the company data folder in Windows and renaming it (use all capitals and ensure the company name is 8 characters or less). Then add the company to the list of companies in Pastel by clicking on the "add company" button the the "Open a Company" screen. Click on the "Add Company" button again and navigate to the company folder. Double click it and click on "OK". Close the "Sage Registration" window and the company should then appear in the list of companies.
