Project Budgets in Pastel

Good day, Please assist. I have loaded the budgets on the individual projects but they do not pull through to the Main budget of the Company...THanks,

Project budgets run separately from the company budgets.

You will need to load the company budgets under Edit...General Ledger...Budgets.

I love it when people budget on project level. Well done! Very few companies budget, let alone budget to project level.

There is a table that carries your project budget information, called CostCodeBudgets (you can view this in Pervasive Control Center). This table is linked to the data file ACCCCBUDG.dat. You can build awesome dashboards and automated BI reports directly from source files.

If you are not certain how to do this, you can try out our apps. We have customisable app called MyReports. We use this to build customer specific automated reports, dashboards or BI insight from any table in your Pastel database. We can also combine and link multiple tables.
