    Pastel - Empty product communication box

    Every morning when I load pastel Xpress v18 I get an empty "Product Communication Box" appearing before I can log in. There is no "do not show this message again box".

    Once I have dismissed it, however, it does not appear again until the next morning.

    From "Help:Product communication" I loaded the attached screenshot which is the same except for the "do not show this message again" which I have ticked before closing, but it does not seem to stop it appearing the next day.

    So the solution to this one (thank you Pastel Support ) is to delete the "Autoupdate" folder from the C:/Xpress18/Custom folder.
