    Password problem with Pastel xpress version 14

    Hi everyone, I am currently working from Home on Pastel xpress version 14.

    I am having a problem with Pastel when taking company over to the new year, I cannot open the new year as it says invalid password, could you please help me with this.
    Last Year password is fine so cannot understand how this has happened.

    Hi Nadine - firstly, make sure that your caps lock is not on. The password in the new year company should be the same as the old one. Otherwise, click on the Forgot Password button. If you still don't come right, you may need a datafix which a Sage consultant can do for you.
