[Question] Load Backup of Sage One Online into Pastel Partner V19

I would like to know whether anyone knows if it is possible to get a backup of a Clients Sage One Online Accounting, in order to open in Pastel Partner V19 Desktop, to view transactions and General Ledger etc.

Hi - no, this is not possible.

The only way to get the data into Pastel Partner is to export the data out of Sage Business Cloud Accounting (previously called Sage One), reformat the data and import it into Pastel Partner. This can be a difficult and complicated process to do on a transactional level, but is a bit easier if you only import balances.
