Pastel 19 printing over two pages on Continues paper

    Good afternoon everyone,

I wonder if anyone can please help me.

We recently started having problems with printing on continues paper, where the first print would print fine and then the second print job would start printing over two pages and all out of whack if you don't reset the printer first.

It seems like pastel is looking for a file, CSDOCCHE.ENZ in the Pastel17 folder, which does not exist and has not for many years now.

I have tired to point it to the C:\Pastel19\Custom\FORMS\CSDOCCHE.ENZ but its still doing the same thing.

What could be the problem here?

The CSDOCCHE.ENZ file is not located in the Pastel17 folder - it is located in the company folder itself.

      Hi Neville,

Thank you so much. We are currently using pastel 19 50c, so Pastel 17 folder does not exist any more.

I have tried to point pastel to the correct file in C:\Pastel19\Custom\FORMS\CSDOCCHE.ENZ when printing the invoice by selecting use custom layout tick box, but it does not seem to make any difference in solving this mistery.

As I said, the file that it is using is in the company folder itself.

The rules that Pastel uses are as follows, as far as form files are concerned:

        - The system will look in the company folder first for any ENZ form file with the name that corresponds to the Paper Style under File...Printer/Fonts Setup.
        - If it cannot find such a file in the company folder, it will the look for the ENZ file in the Pastel19 folder.
        - If it cannot find the file there, it will use the the ENG default version of the file in the Pastel19\Custom\Forms folder.
