We've been advertising and looking for a qualified senior bookkeeper to come work with us since last year September. We've advertised on Facebook, LinkendIn and a few online sites, and even hired agencies to help. But the CV's that we received were not qualified people at all. They have the experience in years, but not the knowledge that we were looking for.
If you had to, or wanted to, look for a new job, where would you search for one?
