Exporting Statements into PDF/Excel in pastel 19

    Good day,

I hope some one can assist me.

When saving the statement with the option to go to excel / or when saving to pdf - if i select the range of lets say account 1 to account 10 it will export all those accounts to one file or spreadsheet.

Is there a way to select the full range of accounts and have it make individual excel files for each without having to save each one individually?

I hope i have explained this correctly.

    Many thanks

Unfortunately it is not possible to do what you want.

A work-around would be to temporarily change the email addresses of the range of customers to your own email address, and then run the range of statements to email. You will then receive a number of separate emails with a PDF attachment, one per customer statement.

The more easy option would be to run the range of statements to Excel, and then split up the Excel file into separate files per statement.

Further to my first suggestion, leave the email addresses as is, but disconnect your computer from the internet and then run the range of statements to email.

You will then see all the emails in the Outbox, but not in the Sent Items as you will not be online.

Save each attachment from each email in the Outbox and then delete the items in the Outbox before reconnecting to the internet.
