Pastel 19 GL Account issue

Good Morning,

I am looking for assistance with a peculiar problem on one of my companies.

I have a base account 1000/000, and sub accounts under that. Somehow, the financial figures have landed in the base account. being a base account i cant transfer from it to its sub accounts.

I thought that since there was no financial data AT ALL in the sub accounts i could delete them and be able to move the finances.

I was able to delete 3 of the sub accounts, but not the last one. it has no financial value in it. when i try and delete it the system says that that sub account is in an open batch.

I have checked in all the open batches and apart from there being none - i still cant delete this sub account or move the money from the base to this sub account in question.

Could someone please help me with a little guidance.
