Sage Pastel - Accounting Xpress V14 - password query

Hi Neville,
Long time no chat! I have a problem - I did the year-end, copying previous company, new name, as per prompts. Now I cannot get into the new company, as a message saying 'incorrect password' keeps popping up. The copied company still opens. Went through exactly same procedure with two other companies listed, no problems re access, all fine.

I've tried removing the 'new' companies, copying again and renaming with a different name, with no success. Where am I going wrong?
