Posting Journals to a bank account and Customer control account in Pastel

Posting Journals to a bank account and Customer control account in Pastel
Hi, Please can someone advise how to post journals to a bank account and Customer control account in Pastel. I am using the desk tp version of Pastel Accounting.
You can't process journals to the customer control account. You need to process customer journals and fix their balances, which will in turn adjust the control account. If this is for temporary audit adjustment purposes, create a suspense customer and post the journal to his account, then reverse it after year end. If you have data integrity errors and customer control does not equal customer master, you will need a data-fix to be done. You can post general journals to a bank account as long as it is it the first portion of the journal, ie the bank account can't be the contra account. You will get a warning when raising the journal, but you can still post it. If you give us a little more information / reason why you need to make the adjustments, maybe someone can suggest a better method to correct your issues.
