[Question] Clearing Deleted GRN's in Open Batches

Good day.

I need to run an Inventory Count but am unable to do so due to Open Batches. When I go to open batches for GRN's, some have been deleted and have zero value but I can't access them in order to update the batch and clear it.

Please assist.
