Pastel Partner 2005 V 8.4.1 Solo mode not available

Hi,
I am using Pastel Partner 2005 and I am trying to add users to the company but whenever I try to add additional users the following errors come up: Solo mode not available. How do I solve this error?

I think you meant to say "Sole Access Mode not available"?

When you go to any of the Setup menu options (including Users/Passwords) you need to be the only user logged into the company at that time. That message is telling you that one or more other users are currently logged on.
