    Pastel Payroll

    Good morning.

    I was restoring the company from a backup to do a correction on a employees status and selected the wrong backup.
    The backup selected was prior to me joining the current organisation and I cant login. I get a password incorrect message.

    Please let me know how I can correct this to login into my last backup in december?

    Hi there, just restore the latest correct backup.
    (Open the pastel payroll folder, re-name the current data to "xyz_date" ; then create a new folder with the correct name and copy & paste the correct back-up and open).
