That is a standard security message from Outlook.

There is a free little app, called ClickYes, that will automate the clicking of the "Allow" buttons.

You can download the installation file for ClickYes from here: http://gofile.me/5rOBy/h0CusXQaf

Once you have installed the app, you will see it in the system tray (bottom right of screen, near the clock). Right-click on the app and tick "Resume" and "Start on Logon".

If Clickyes is not working for you - something else to try. Close Pastel and Outlook.

You need to open Outlook in Elevated mode. Close Outlook. Click Start, type Outlook, right click the icon and run as administrator. (You may have to select properties, then select the compatibility tab, and select run as administrator)

Once in Outlook, Go to File - Options - Trust Center
        Open Trust Center Settings
Go to Programmatic Access, and then change the setting to "Never warn me about suspicious activity" (Accept user account message if it appears)
Click OK twice to go back to the program.

Close Outlook, then you can open it and Pastel and carry on as normal.

And for those of you who are prepared to play in the registry:
(If you have to ask about anything below... or how to get into the registry..... then STOP READING THIS POST NOW !!! .... making the wrong changes to the registry can render your machine un-usable. )

Check if your Office is CTR or MSI based, and what Bitness your Office and PC are, then complete the steps and change the Dword value to 2

To determine whether your Office installation is Click-to-Run or MSI-based, follow these steps:

          Start Outlook.
On the File menu, select Office Account.
For Office Click-to-Run installations, an Update Options item is displayed.
For MSI-based installations, the Update Options item isn't displayed.

The registry data that is associated with the Programmatic Access Security options is as follows.

          Office Click-to-Run Installations:

Same Bitness (32-bit Office running on 32-bit Windows or 64-bit Office running on 64-bit Windows):
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Click ToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\< x.0>\Outlook\Security

Different Bitness (32-bit Office running on 64-bit Windows):
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Click ToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Micros oft\Office\<x.0>\Outlook\Security

          Office MSI-Based installations:

Different Bitness (32-bit Office running on 64-bit Windows):
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Office\<x.0>\Outlook\Security

Same bitness (32-bit Office running on 32-bit Windows or 64-bit Office running on 64-bit Windows):
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\<x.0> \Outlook\Security

          Note
The <x.0> placeholder represents your version of Office (16.0 = Office 2016, Office 2019, or Outlook for Office 365, 15.0 = Office 2013)

          DWORD: ObjectModelGuard

          Values:
0 = Warn me about suspicious activity when my antivirus software is inactive or out-of-date (recommended)
1 = Always warn me about suspicious activity
2 = Never warn me about suspicious activity (not recommended)
