Transferring finished goods in Pastel Multistore

Im sure I sent a reply yesterday morning but cannot find it..
Im struggling with Pastel & Consignment stock - We have the multi store module, we have a customer who wants consignment stock. We have a manufacturing module on Pastel as well- raw material store and finished goods store. I created a 3rd store for consignment stock, but cannot find a way to get the finished goods into that store?? I tried linking the items to the store, but Pastel warns that some items cannot be de-linked etc etc so I'm uncertain what to do?
Anyone with advice please?

Go into Edit - Inventory - Stores. Select your new consignment store then select link inventory. You can select by Item or category then follow the wizard. If you want all items in the new store, select the Link All button, and choose if you want to copy the selling prices from the old store to the new store. This just means the items are allowed in the new store. To transfer stock to the store, process, inventory journals. In the journals screen, drop down on the normal batch windows and select interstore transfer batch. Choose what store to move goods form and into. When you have raised all your items, you can select to print the transfer document, which you can use for picking or for sign off by the consignee on delivery, and then update the batch.
