Custom Forms - naming

Hi.
I am trying to save custom forms for these documents:

Sales Order + Supporting document (picking slip)
Purchase Order form

I need to save both the pdfsp and normal sp doc, if anyone can assist in the naming convention, I had a list with all the breakdowns but just can't find it online anymore.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CORDR and CORDD for sales order
SORDR for Purchase order
add the SP for single, plain paper. and PDFSP for email forms on single plain paper
ie CORDRSP CORDRPDFSP CORDDSP CORDDPDFSP SORDRSP and SORDRPDFSP
