[Question] Printing delivery note only, and emailing invoice option

Good day,
Trust everyone is well.

I need some assistance please.

I currently print delivery notes as a supporting document to invoices when doing deliveries, but want to change to only print delivery notes, and emailing the invoices to the customers instead, as many has requested this too.
I have looked under Setup customer documents, but cannot find an easy option to just print the delivery note only and email the invoice. Does Pastel Partner V17, have such a function, and if so, how do I set it up, or change the current setup to that option?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Christina

Under the setup customer documents option, on the invoice tab, there is a what to print in the bottom right. Drop down on the list - the first option is "Delivery Note at Entry and Tax invoice at batching". Setup the Customer to print and email document.
When you capture the Invoice and click next document, the print screen will come up - you minimise the email portion and print the delivery note. When you update the batch it will ask you to print the documents, but this will print and email them.
The easiest way would be to send out your invoices after the batch has been updated. View - Customers - Print Document - Invoice Start / End you input, and then select print to email and have all the invoices get emailed at the end of the day.
