    Pastel V11 Xpress

    Hi Everybody

    Can anybody please assist me in telling me how to install my Pastel Xpress V11 on my new machine without the installation CD please?

    Hi,

    You will first need to install Pervasive, which you can download from the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1edi...ew?usp=sharing

    Once you have downloaded Pervasive, unzip the file before running the installation.

    You can then download the Xpress V11 installation file from the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/162Q...ew?usp=sharing

    Once again, unzip the file before running the installation.

      I cant seem to download Pervasive using the link that you so kindly provided.
      Any suggestions as to how to download Pervasive?

        After clicking on the link I provided, click on the icon at the top right of the screen (arrow pointing down), and then on the "Download Anyway" button on the next screen.

            Hi Everybody

            Does anybody know if Pastel Xpress V11 is compatible with outlook 2016? I receive an error message saying that my document im trying to print (email) has an incorrect page size or paper style.

              Please check the paper size settings in the printer driver in Windows.

              By default, a printer driver sets the paper size to Letter, but Pastel works with a paper size of A4. Depending on your particular printer driver, you may have to set the size in up to 3 areas under Printer Properties, i.e. in the General tab, the Advanced tab and the Device Settings tab.

              Once you have set the printer driver, open the company in Pastel and then go to File...Printer/Fonts Setup and re-select the printer and click on Copy to All Tabs.

                          Hope you are still available to assist.

                          Last week I decided to wipe my laptop and reinstall Windows 10 and start from a clean slate. Unfortunately I encountered an issue in regards with installing my Pastel Xpress V11 from my installation disk. It gives me an 1330 error and something about the digital signature is invalid. Is there a way this issue can be bypassed in order for me to install my software? I tried your link you provided but it does not show.....

                            Hi Zenda,

                            Another workaround is to temporarily backdate your computer date to sometime in 2010, which should then allow you to install the software. Don't forget to reset the computer date after the installation.
