[Question] Link installed Pastel help so that F1 will work

    Hello,

This is a Pastel question but I am hoping that someone else has faced this problem and found the work around. Pastel version isntalled: Sage 50c Build 19.2.2 (also known as Pastel version 19). I pushed F1 to bring up the help documentation and got the below message that I need to install the help application. So I went to http://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/#download, closed Pastel, and installed Sage50cHelpFile[1.0.0].exe. I then opened Pastel once again and pushed F1 hoping the relevant help screen would appear. But it was not so, I get the same message as shown above. I have checked add/remove programs and there it is - installed (see attached screenshot).

    Question:
Does anyone know how I can "link" the installed pastel help file to pastel so that F1 will work like it should?

Normally reinstalling the help file and selecting the Pastel19 directory as the install directory clears up the issue.
As a short term solution, browse to Pastel19\Custom\Language and open the ENGPARTNER.chm - at least you can access the help from there.
