Pastel Xpress wont create company

Good day,
I have Pastel Xpress V14 and am trying to create a new company. Pastel allows me to create it but when I click " finish" it brings up an error message and closes. The error message reads as follows:-
Status 3
File 7
Opcode 5

What could the problem be and can it be fixed?

Do you have a license for more than one company?

Status 3 - File not open - File 7 - should be accuser.dat - opcode 5 - get next/get equal
Something to do with passwords and security ??
After you have created the company, under file - open - go to manage and add the company you have created. Can you then open it, or does it give you the same error each time on opening?

After attempting to create it multiple times, i shut down and restarted my pc. It seemed to have fixed whatever glitch it had.
