Pastel Xpress Runtime Error 372

Hello Pastel friends, please help if you can!?
So, I ran a windows update and now I can't get into my Pastel Xpress or Payroll, I am getting an error about vsprint8.ocx being "outdated"
does anyone know what this means and how to fix it please? I need to do billing- eek!

Hi Kerry

You will need to run a repair on both products. Open your control panel - programs and features - right click the Sage Pastel Vxxx program and select repair. Repeat with Payroll. This should re-install the correct versions of the files and allow you to process again. A reboot may be required once the repairs have been run.
