Pastel Xpress V17 has been locked

    Pastel Xpress V17 has been locked

    Started getting this message a few weeks back, was able to work in Pastel no problems. Every time I tried to follow the steps to action this; it told me that the registration code was incorrect "total nonsense it's the same on the box".

    Pastel has now locked Xpress and I have been told that if I want this fixed I must pay for an upgrade????. There was never a message telling this; I was aware that should I upgrade I would have to pay the upgrade and this will give me the 1year support? Many other people use Xpress with no problems like this?

    Does anyone have a solution on how to fix this??? as I'm completely at a lose and very annoyed that this type of message is sent, without any warning you will be locked out.

    Please register immediately to obtain your FREE annual registration code. Pastel will only work in View only mode."

    Hi

    you need to ensure you have a connection to internet and register as per the instruction. They will issue a code which you enter and you can continue working. There is no cost to this. I had the same issue with Pastel Xpress 11.
