Sole Access mode not availible (when it is)
Hi there,
Version: Pastel Sage 50c
I am the only one currently in Pastel. Everyone else has Pastel closed down. We have 3 companies. When I log in to one in particular, and attempt to go to for instance Setup > Inventory. I get the error message "Sole Access mode not available". I'm absolutely the only one logged into both Pastel.
Does anyone know how I fix this? I suspect it's a lock file somewhere... but I have not idea really.
