[Question] EASYFILE IMPORTING CSV FILE PROBLEMS

Hi
I have been trying to do our EMP501 recon on easyfile and its just not working. I have reinstalled the program many times and it still keeps giving me the same problem: I can populate to EMP501 from efiling, but I need to import the payroll csv file so that all the employees are loaded for IRP5 certificates, but all it does is "validating csv file" and the turning clock and nothing else happens. I really don't want to have to phone SARS for help.

I have now spoken to SARS and they say my Java version must be Java 7 version 80 specifically, but we are having trouble finding the archive version from Oracle. Does anyone else have any suggestions please?
