Good day
I have designed a template in pastel partner. Where can I select the template to test it and see what it looks like when I send it to a client?
Basically, how do I change my template in pastel partner?
You need to save the form in your company directory on the server. If you are using plain single sheet paper, the form name would be csdocsp.enz and csdocpdfsp.enz for the pdf invoice which is emailed. Check under File Printer Font Settings to see what your paper style is, and change it if needs be.
If you search in the help file for "Form File Names" there will be a more detailed explanation explaining the names and paper styles you can use.
If you save the form into your company directory on the server, with the correct name for the paper style you are using, the template will be picked up automatically.
Go to File ... Printer Font Settings - select the customer tab, then change to invoices under the select a document option. Below that, is the paper style assistant. What paper style do you have shown? eg Plain, Single Sheet ? If something else is shown, and you only print on plain paper, change the settings to single sheet plain paper and your templates will now work. You may have to change this setting for each document type (if you want quotes, sales orders, credit notes, etc) if you want them all to print using the same template. You will also have to change this for each user.
Hello,
I have activated printing of Invoice and Delivery Note in pastel partner V11.
Unfortunately printing starts with Delivery and followed up with Invoice.
Is there a way to change the printing sequence to start with Invoice and followed up with Delivery Note?
