    [Question] Pastel express start up

    Good day
I bought a new laptop and re-registered my Pastel Express Start-up account successfully.
Now I want to load my excisting company on my new laptop via a backup from my old laptop. I did that, but realised I used the backup that was on my external harddrive. So if I remove my harddrive all the info was gone. So I removed that company from my pastel. But when I tried to create the company again using a backup saved on my new laptop it says the following: Your registration allows you to create 2 companies, you have exceeded this number. Does it mean I did not remove that company successfully? There is no company when I open Pastel.
What can I do to load the my excisting company from my old laptop to my new laptop.

Hi Kikker. Have you gone into your hardrive and looked inside the pastel folder? Even though you may have removed it via the Pastel menu you might still have a folder there with the name of the company your are trying to install.

And if you reconnect your external hard drive does that change anything?

Have a look at this solution and see if might help?
