Error 161 - maximum number of users exceeded.
You need to check which machine has dropped is PVSW licensing. Start... All Programs ....Pervasive ....Utilities...License Administrator
You will see PSQL 10 wg 1 User (type permanent), and a PSQL 10 wg 1 user (type User Count Increase). This will give you 2 users. One of the machines probably doesn't have the user count increase.
On that machine, you need to re-register your Pastel, then check that it has added the user count. Close Pastel on the other machine, then open Pastel on the machine with only 1 user license, Select Help ...Register your package.
Walk through the prompts. Depending whether it is the server or workstation that is missing the license, select local server, or workstation. Point the workstation to mapped drive (server\xpress14\custom\registration), un-tick register online and complete the process. Then check the license administrator again for the user count increase.

If it doesn't change, go into the control panel, set user account control to nil, then repeat the exercise. Also, confirm you have the correct version of PVSW installed. Under help about in Pastel it will show either workgroup v9 or v10. You need to have that version installed for Pastel to add the UCI to PVSW.
