    Quickbooks Payroll Error Code 380

    Hi everyone,
    We are attempting to install the latest upgrade zipfile 3(a) with the latest legislative upgrade.
    All goes well until we restart QuickBooks, and the above error appears.
    QuickBooks are looking into it but I don't know when it will be resolved.
    Any suggestions
