Pastel Password window does not appear on 1 of the companies help!!!!!

HI Guys

We have 17.1.5 build pastel

Since Wednesday we cant excess 1 of the companies

When we open it the password window does not come up


We have tried calling technical support and emailing them but no word yet


I did the restart on pervasive at the server but still no luck

can eny1 help here?

What size monitor are you using?

The reason I ask is that I once encountered the same issue with one of my clients, who was using one of those notebook laptops with a tiny monitor, and the password window was hidden behind the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. I changed the settings for the taskbar to auto-hide and then I could access the password window.

No it is not the case

I use a dell laptop and college a 20inch or 19inch monitor.

Both of us cant excess this company

We have like 4 or 5 companies we work on

This is the only 1 giving us this problem.

We using partner with a server.

So i even tried it on my other home workstation which is an indipendant workstation not using a server but still same problem.

Lets see Monday if Sage does not help maybe you can?
