Variance betweern Customer Age Analysis and Control Account

    Good day

I have run the trial balance and the customer & Supplier Age analysis and notice there are variances between them.

I've checked the control accounts for the customers and suppliers , balance to the age analysis.
I've also checked the Balance sheet for these two accounts and its the same as the control accounts.

Could you please advise as to why there would be variances between the trial balance and the control accounts and age analysis?

I'm working on Pastel Partner .

First check that you are running the TB with the "Include Opening Balances" checkbox ticked. Check your age analysis - make sure "Balance Range" is both, you are running your "Customer Sequence" by code, your Terms are ""first Ageing Period Onwards" and that you have no values in the "Minimum Account Balance". If the Age analysis now agrees to the TB, it was once of those options. If you are still out, File...Data Integrity...Next...Verify the data only...Process. If there are any integrity issues, they will show up there. Either the data will need to go to Pastel for repair, or a consultant will have to perform a data fix.

I can assist with the datafix, should it be required.
