[Question] Pastel 18 - Customer and supplier Masterfile Balances are different

Hi there,

I was wondering if anybody can please help me with an issue on Pastel 18.

One of our companies has a customer which mysteriously disappeared this morning. So I ran a data integrity check and it notified me of this missing debtor. The check also said I must recreate the debtor and run the Data Integrity check again, which i did.

However, now if i run an Age Analysis, it does not appear on the Age Analysis and if i run the detailed ledger, the transactions come up fine but it has a "Masterfile balance 0.00" and is not pulling through the opening balance from the prior year.

Moreover, the Data Integrity check also found some suppliers with a similar issue, so I checked the Age Analysis balance against my Trial balance Customer and supplier control account and it is different to the Age Analysis. The trial balance balances out perfectly so I would like to think that my TB is correct.

Can anyone help me to fix these issues and have a 100% working database? I have tried googling but to no avail.
