Good day,
I have a remote client who needs to update their Pastel layout in order for us to use the changed layout sent as a PDF to extract data onto a 3rd party platform. We have successfully done this for many clients over the years. The difference seems to do with the paper style which has been set to print on continuous header preprinted stationery. Does anyone know how to do a work-around on this? I have attached how the statements are read on the problematic client as well as the successful client. All the clients also use the same .enz file so it is not a setup issue.
