tax box report not pulling figures

My tax box report is pulling a total due but no figures anywhere else, I can't fill in my vat form without those figures. Really hoping someone can help me

This could be due to the changes when the VAT rate changed. Changes also need to be made in the setup for the Box Type Report for it to work properly.

Can you not just run the Tax Type Report rather than the Box Type Report?

Tax Type Report would be easier to run.
