    [Question] .enz files not linking

Hi. I recently transferred Pastel Partner companies from V17 on one computer to V18 on another computer. Whilst the .enz files are in the company folder under the Pastel 18 program and the printer setting for all documents has been set to single sheet paper, the logo is still not printing on invoices or statements. How can I fix this problem?

I presume you also moved the logo files across, within the company folder?

You might need to redefine the path to the logo file in Forms Designer, as it was probably originally set to C:\Pastel17\CoyFolder and now it will be C:\Pastel18\CoyFolder.

Thanks. I assumed the logo file was transferred across with the .enz files. What would the file extension be? Where do I change the path to the logo file in Forms Designer?

Hi TriciaG. The extension would be one of those usually associated with pictures ... probably be a .jpg or .ico or .bmp.

Call up the form. Point at the picture. Right-click and select properties. On the right hand side of the screen under "appearances" you will see the path.
