Pastel Partner Form Designer

Good day, I am using Pastel Partner V18.2.1 with the form designer add-on.

I am trying to resize the Page Header section from the default 12.5 cm to 10 cm.

I have tried dragging the section divider between the header section and detail section but it jumps back to 12.5 cm.

Is the page header locked on 12.5 cm or is there a trick to change it?

I have the same issue but trying to resize the footer.......can anyone help? I remember resizing this previously without any issue
