Pastel Open Batches

Good morning

I'm trying to do year end on Pastel but it says there is open batches. Went to the open batches and it is a credit to Supplier invoice that was actually already deleted. If I go where the document nr is it has the deleted invoice there. But I cant delete or update it as it has already been deleted.

Can you please let me know if you know how I can get rid of the deleted document?

Have you tried updating the batch (even though the invoice in the batch has been deleted)?

If the deleted invoice does not disappear after updating the batch, then it is likely that the invoice was put on hold before it was deleted.

If that is the case, then the only solution is to edit the document header via the backend in the database. I can do that via TeamViewer if you would like.

I have this exact same issue.

I am trying to run year end but have credit to Supplier invoice that was deleted and still shows but you cannot update the batch and when I click on delete whole batch nothing happens.

Please can you assist me?

Did you mark the document as "On Hold" before deleting it?
