[Question] Pastel Problems

Hi

I run 2 companies on Pastel. One works fine, but the other company gives this error. I have tried restoring backups ,but the message stays the same. Help please.

Terminating error
An error has occurred with the following data


Status 2 (Disk I/O Error)
File 10 (Open Item Information -Accoi.dat)
Opcode 6 Get Next

Pastel will now terminate.

You will need to use the Rebuild utility and rebuild accoi.dat in the company folder.

Make sure that you do a backup beforehand.

Morning, we are trying to back up Pastel version 11 to upgrade, but there is a PDF file that is blocking the back up. It says i don't have permission to delete the file.
Please assist...
