[Question] Pastel Partner v17 Customer Accounts

Good day All,

I'd be most grateful for any wisdom regarding the questions below;

1.) How do I find out who created a customer account? Ive tried running a system audit trail but it doesnt show up.
2.) changes are made to Customer account credit limits but I'm unable to pick up how an account changed from 30days terms to 60 days or 120days? (is this a bug within pastel, has anyone come across this before)??
3.) How do I run a report to show customers with terms longer than 30days

Thank you, hopefully someone can shed some light on the above, as I;ve pulled out all my hair already

Hi Marcus,

Unfortunately there is no way to determine who opened a customer account or who changed a credit limit on a customer account.

I suggest that you fine tune your user access rights to only allow one individual to open customer accounts or adjust credit limits.
