    [Question] Payroll pay period update query

    Hi I hope you can assist me. My PC was changed and I had to reinstall Pastel Payroll on my new PC. Everything works fine but when I attempt to roll over to my new month I am unable to process the pay period update, it is greyed out. I then ran a count on employees and discovered that the companies are duplicated, i.e. Payroll is seeing double the amount of employees that I am registered for and therefore disabled my function and wants me to register for a higher amount of employees.

    How can I remove the duplicate company as I have not increased the complement just swopped PC's.?

    PS - I hope I have posted in the right place as I am new to the forum so please forgive me if I have posted incorrectly!!
