    Error in customer statement

    I have a problem my customer detail ledger is right but but the statement is wrong..e.g Payment on 11/11/2017 R200 do appear on Ledger but Is Not Reflecting on the Statement what can be a problem and the course and how to rectify it

      I assume that you are using Pastel Accounting?

      It sounds like you have some corruption in your Open Item data tables, so you need a data fix done.
