    Open Batch in Year End Update

    Hi All

    I'm having a problem updating the Year End for one of my companies on Pastel Xpress V17.
    When I try to update, a error message appears saying that I have Open Batches. When I view the Open Batches there is only one Batch open. Thing is, this is a batch in the General Journal, but the journal that it shows as an open batch was deleted a while ago. So I can't find a way to update this batch as it doesn't exist anymore.

    What do I do now? Is there a way to reverse the journal? I can't restore it, as no back up for it was made. It was only a journal that was used as a "dummy Journal", so nothing was processed or updated.

    It's urgent, so I hope someone can help me.

    Perhaps the batch exist still for other user? Check under View ..Open Batches. It shows which users have open batches and you should be able to use the jump to button in order to update or delete it.
