    [Question] Pastel Xpress V14 Lost Supervisor Password! Please Help!!

    Hi,

    I am really hoping someone can help me.

    I set up a company at work using Pastel Xpress Version 14 (Build 14.0.4 to be exact) in 2014. I set a staff password and a supervisor password. We only used the system for a about 6 months and since then it hasn't been used until recently again. I have the staff password to log on and use the system but I have completely lost the supervisor password (tried and tried but nothing I try works) so I can't get into the set up or edit certain things now.

    I know that to get Pastel support to help is going to cost in the region of 3K and I honestly can't afford that. Is there anyone at all that can help me get in and change the supervisor password. We haven't needed to use any supervisor functions yet but we will soon and I really hope I can get this sorted before we do.

    Please, please, any help would be appreciated immensely!
